Today I’m showing your my trading card of Uranus, I really enjoined making these cards because it was easy and I got to find out more facts about each planet, the planet that I did was Uranus and I learnt that Uranus actually rains diamonds as you can see at the bottom of the card.

Today we learnt about hyperbole, we looked at a video of hyperbole in songs, we had to look at a poem made by a Polynesian lady named sina va’ ai,the poem was about Polynesia, we had to find all the personification’s in the text as well.

Today we were learning about winter, this is my winter poem,
I had to do a voice recording talking about winter and add the images at the back,
This was fun and easy to do because I got to search up images to add to the back of my work,
what was challenging was that it took a few tries when I was doing my voice recordings and it was a bit hard to put it on my blog too,

this is my work on team 5, we had to describe things about our space (team 5), we used metaphors, simile’s and verbs,in our writing we had to add four words sight,sound,smell, and touch, we also had to sit on the mat and answer the questions with Mr Moran.

Today we have been learning and reading about de-extinction and the Moa that is now extinct, also I have been seeing what different animals are extinct (Fun fact:Did You Know The first animal on Earth was likely comb jellies, and they have been on earth for over 500 million years! and are not yet extinct.
This Monday in immersion assembly the team 5 teachers (Mr wiseman) sang a song about the sun, Mr Wiseman used the song Love by keyshia Cole but change the words, Mr Wiseman was also singing the song, the song was about all the planets needing love then the sun came and they all became happy, Take a listen of the song below!.
Task Description: Today i have been talking about my te whare tapa wha welbeing plan, i have been working on how to stay fit and healthy, i also well decorated my slids to make them look good,i have added habbiscus flowers to make it pretty, i really enjoined making this mostly because of the slide decorating. Today i have been working on my follow up task, i had to multiply using an area model using the box method it made it a bit more easier to multiply some of the big numbers and it really helped!, it was pretty hard but as i got more further into the slides i got more used to it,this took me a while to complete but i am glad i finished it!.
